Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for trusting Aspire Roots to support your child in making confident and informed career decisions. This policy ensures transparency, clarity, and smooth scheduling for all clients.
Kindly read the policy for cancellations and rescheduling to ensure a smooth booking experience.
1. Session Cancellations
You may cancel your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours are considered paid and are not refundable.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost, 12 hours in advance.
Additional changes may require a fresh booking.
Emergency requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. No Shows
If you do not join the session without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and cannot be refunded.
4. Late Arrivals
If you join late, the session will still end at the original time to respect the next client’s booking.
5. Payment Terms
All sessions must be paid for before the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be provided only for cancellations made within the allowed window.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
7. Packages and Session Validity
If you have purchased a package, all sessions must be used within the stated validity period, such as 6 or 12 months.
Unused sessions after the expiry date will not be carried forward.
8. Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to technical problems from my side, it will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.
9. Coach Cancellation
In rare situations where I need to cancel, I will offer the earliest possible reschedule time.
10. Communication
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be shared through WhatsApp or through the booking link.
11. Agreement
By booking a session, you agree to the terms listed in this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
