Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any Aspire Roots programme or booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope
Aspire Roots provides career guidance, life coaching support, assessments, career profiling, virtual career simulations, and personalised mentoring for students from Classes 8 to 12. These services are guidance-based and educational in nature and do not guarantee admissions, placements, or specific academic outcomes.
2. Programme Structure
Each Aspire Roots programme includes a defined number of sessions and features as outlined in the official brochure. Programme inclusions vary by package and must be used within the stated validity period.
3. Programme Upgrade
Families may upgrade from Aspire Foundations to Aspire Pathways or Aspire Elevate at any stage by paying the applicable price difference as per the programme pricing at the time of upgrade. Programme downgrades are not permitted once a package has been purchased or any session has been used.
4. Session Delivery Mode
Sessions are conducted online to ensure convenience and accessibility for families across different locations. Students are expected to attend sessions in a quiet environment with stable internet connectivity.
5. Session Validity
All programme sessions must be completed within the validity period shared at the time of enrolment, such as 6 months or 12 months depending on the selected package. Unused sessions after expiry cannot be carried forward.
6. Additional Sessions and Add-On Services
Additional counselling or coaching sessions beyond the selected package can be booked at ₹2500 per hour per session.
Additional Virtual Career Simulator (VCS) experiences are available at ₹3000 per simulator module, subject to availability.
7. Payments and Booking Confirmation
All sessions and programmes must be paid for in advance. A booking or enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment is received.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Aspire Roots Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Clients are advised to review this policy before booking sessions.
9. Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to join sessions on time and actively participate in discussions, activities, and assessments. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled session duration.
10. Virtual Career Simulator Usage
Access to the Virtual Career Simulator is provided as part of selected programmes or as an add-on service. Certificates of Experience and performance reports are issued based on completion of assigned activities.
11. Reports and Recommendations
All reports, guidance, and action plans are based on assessment tools, student inputs, and professional interpretation. Final academic and career decisions remain the responsibility of the student and parents.
12. Confidentiality
All personal information and session discussions are kept confidential and used only for guidance and service delivery purposes.
13. Technical Responsibility
Aspire Roots is not responsible for session disruptions caused by internet issues or technical problems on the client’s side.
14. Right to Modify Services
Aspire Roots reserves the right to update programme structures, tools, session formats, or pricing when required, while maintaining service quality.
15. Agreement Acceptance
By booking a session or enrolling in any Aspire Roots programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
